An avid tea-drinker who likes nutmeg in her coffee and warm lavender-scented quilts. She knits, crochets and partakes in random acts of craftiness (and kindness). She likes obscure works of literature, philosophy and the idea that her mind exists separately from her body. She enjoys moving furniture around, literary criticism and baking bread. She writes haiku about nettles, would like to swim with seals and become completely self-sufficient. She writes as if her life depends on it, listens to beautiful music, and loves her darling husband Mr. VP.

Getting Back into Blogging: The March/April VP Photo Challenge!

It has been a funny few months.  I’m sure all will make sense eventually, but my blogging mojo seems to have disappeared and not yet returned.  Case in point: I made a gorgeous Victoria sponge yesterday, complete with homemade jam for Mr VP’s office, but it didn’t even occur to me to photograph the goods!  Ditto with the rock buns that came out so perfectly.

So, in an effort to make the most of the lighter and longer days and also to re-kindle my use of the camera (and the blog), I thought I’d jump in and have a go at another photo challenge as I really enjoyed it last time.  This year, however, instead of in the dark days of February, I will be focusing on the warmer, lighter days of March and April.  I’m planning to start on the 14th of March (this Saturday coming) and do it for a full calendar month, until 13th April.  Sound good to you?

As ever, there are no hard and fast rules, it’s just for fun and to hopefully challenge your inner photographer! :)  I do hope that you’ll join me in this and have a laugh whilst doing so!  If you want to take part, leave a comment – I’d love to see how you interpret the prompts!

You can find the PDF with all the prompts here.  Good luck!
